A small team, doing focused work.
We're early. No HR policies to publish, no perks pages to fill — just a few operators building Ryvane in the open.
If the work sounds right, write to us.
Ryvane is a small, early-stage team focused on offensive AI security research, training, and tooling. We don't have a careers page full of open requisitions yet — but we are growing, and we'd rather talk to the right people early than wait for a formal listing.
If you've shipped real adversarial work against production AI systems — or you teach the craft and want to do it inside a research-first team — send a short note and any pointers to your work (writing, talks, code, CTF wins, prior engagements). We read everything.

Frequently Asked Questions
Operators — people who've actually shipped adversarial work against production AI systems, or who teach the craft. Application security engineers expanding into AI, red teamers, ML engineers who've gone deep on security: all welcome. Solid software fundamentals matter more than a CV full of acronyms.
Remote-friendly across timezones that overlap with the team. We're a small, distributed team and intend to stay that way for the foreseeable future. We do occasional in-person work sessions; those are scheduled, not required.
A short intro call, a paid work-trial sized to a few hours of real work on a real-shaped problem, and a follow-up conversation about the result. No whiteboards, no trick puzzles. We want to see how you actually work.
We're a small team — visa sponsorship isn't something we can offer at our current size. Contract and freelance arrangements are common, especially for short-term research collaborations. Send a note and we'll talk through what makes sense.
